Spacious, clean rooms. Comprehensive cable TV. Water dispenser on each floor. Good-value canteen-style restaurant. Helpful staff. Newly remodeled room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Five minutes walk from a big supermarket. Good restaurant at the first floor. VTB24 ATM in the hotel. Close to the airport. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Clean rooms and convenient location. The hotel rooms were surprisingly clean and neat. The location was very handy, close to a big supermarket and close to where I needed to be for business.

Noisy groups of school children and poor customer service. Unfortunately, the weekend I stayed there, a large group of school children were also staying at the hotel. They were very disruptive and ran around screaming for hours, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained, the staff did not offer any alternative solutions. The customer service was generally poor and unhelpful.
