Staying at this hotel was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences in Srinagar. the location is superb - you can easily get a local taxi to reach tourist spots within a short distance. the staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. the in-house restaurant serves delicious veg meals, and they even offer packed lunches for your day trips.

While the staff is courteous and accommodating, the food service can be a bit slow. It would be great if they could improve the efficiency in this area.
