The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is close to the metro station, allowing for easy access to various attractions in the city. Additionally, it is situated near the bustling Karol Bagh markets, providing plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast served is delightful, offering a variety of options to start the day.

There were some issues with the credit card payment method, causing inconvenience for guests who were not able to pay with non-Indian cards.

The hotel staff were friendly and offered valuable suggestions about nearby places. the location was easily accessible by public transport and located close to a popular market. the hotel offered complementary services that added value to our experience.

The hotel was surrounded by loud construction and the sound of music from a nearby gathering distracted us and disturbed the peace. the hotel did not accept our international credit card, causing us inconvenience, and the timings for hot water were not consistent.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Delhi. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the bustling Karol Baug market area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

My room had a beautiful view of the park which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast, though not very varied, was filling and worth trying. The staff even gave me a complimentary Oreo, which was a nice touch. I recommend Sopan Heights for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
