My Christmas stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the location was fantastic with easy access to tourist spots and public transport. the staff was accommodating and went out of their way to assist us with our needs. the room was comfortable and came equipped with two free bottles of water and a coffee maker, making our stay much more enjoyable.

The room size was a bit small, making it difficult to move around with our luggage. the towels provided were old and stained, leaving a bad impression.
