The staff at Hotel Villa Des Gouverneurs was incredibly polite and accommodating during our stay. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Rock Beach and all the popular eateries and markets in the area. The ambiance of the room was charming, with high ceilings and classic furnishings that gave it a unique heritage feel. Despite some minor drawbacks like the lack of room service and mediocre tea and coffee, our overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean toilets with hot water. the staff were helpful and courteous providing suggestions for activities and arranging transportation. Aesthetically pleasing, the property had many photo opportunities. the front desk provided complimentary 2-wheelers for guests' convenience.

The rooms had limited ventilation making it stuffy, and there were issues with reception desk phone causing some inconvenience. there was a lack of proper parking making it difficult for travelers with their own vehicles.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with high ceilings and modern facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The breakfast included was a great bonus, with a delicious spread of choices. The attention to detail and complimentary amenities in the room added to the overall value of my stay.
