The value for money at Hoztel was great - clean room, comfy bed, and even a TV with Netflix! The location was convenient, close to restaurants and not too far from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing a tuktuk tour and providing excellent travel advice.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The owners of Hoztel are amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. When I fell sick towards the end of my stay, they accompanied me to the hospital, took care of my expenses, and even picked me up afterwards. I was truly touched by their level of care and hospitality. The beds in the dorms also had curtains for added privacy, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the outdoor patio was a great place to relax and unwind. The wifi at Hoztel was also excellent, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

Although my overall experience at Hoztel was exceptional, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there was no toilet roll provided in the bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

We felt that the environment at Database Place was a bit restrictive, with too many rules and restrictions. The staff were not very accommodating, as they did not facilitate our request for a lower bed even though there were empty ones available.
