I've stayed in many hotels in the area, but this hotel's location was perfect! Everything I needed was less than 20 minutes away. the cozy fireplace made the lobby super inviting, and the hot showers were just perfect after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the attentive staff; they assured us any issues would be taken care of promptly. the breakfast here was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. the quality and variety of food presented were beyond expectations, and the fact that it's complimentary made it even better. I also enjoyed the option of indoor swimming and the sun terrace.

One thing that could be improved is the limited seating area in the lobby. It was a bit crowded at times, especially in the evening when many guests wanted to relax by the fireplace.

The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs provided the BEST breakfast buffet I've ever seen in a hotel, with a great area for shopping and dining options right at hand, stunning mountain views, and hospitable staff. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace added to relaxation, while nearby attractions like Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and Cottonwood Creek Park made for memorable family outings. A truly enjoyable stay that I would gladly repeat.

the academy hotel was spotless, and its location was perfect for exploring all over. we loved being so close to all the shops - restaurants, and even a walmart. the breakfast buffet was top-notch - with a separate omelet station where they made awesome custom omelets.

we were placed in a room at the academy hotel with multiple broken things, but the next day, we were moved to a newer room that was much better. the staff, from front desk to breakfast, were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, bed comfy, shower strong, and breakfast delicious at the omelette bar. location near the academy and freeway was convenient.

My friends and I had a blast visiting Falcon's for their daily Happy Hour specials, and watching sports on TV there was so lit! We also hit up Pine Creek Golf Club and had a rad time. The omelette counter at the hotel's breakfast was dope, and the pool was chill.

It would have been lit if they had a DJ or some live music for a better party vibe, ya know?

Loved the room setup with 2 comfy queen beds, a fridge, microwave, and a sweet Keurig for coffee, tea, and cocoa - so cozy! The breakfast spread was on point. The only small downside was the AC struggling a bit initially, but nothing major in the grand scheme of the awesome stay!

The room at The Academy Hotel was clean and had a nice large television with all the channels actually working and accessible. The air conditioner held the right temperature all night and day, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped with an elliptical, treadmill, bike, and some free weights, ideal for a good workout during the stay.

The pet-friendly room we were given had some cleanliness issues like cobwebs, dust, and paint chipping, which was below standard. This was not in line with the high expectations I had for the hotel's cleanliness, especially considering the health issues my boyfriend and I have.

During my recent business trip to Colorado Springs, my director chose the Academy Hotel for our stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel's recreational facilities were truly impressive. I found the indoor pool to be a perfect place to unwind after a long day of meetings. The spa tub and fitness center also provided great opportunities to relax, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

The only minor issue I could suggest changing is the size of the towels, which were too small for me to comfortably wrap around myself, especially being 8 months pregnant.

I chose this hotel for a business conference due to its quick access to all area amenities and corporations, making it a perfect location for business or pleasure trips. The 8000 square feet of space comprising the conference center and meeting rooms were very convenient for our event.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

The friendly and accommodating staff added to our positive experience. The nostalgic 70-80s vibe of the hotel, including the fireside lounge and immense lobby, was a unique and enjoyable touch. We will definitely come back!
