The hotel's location is prime, just a short walk away from the beautiful Juhu beach. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from their spacious and well-maintained rooms. The staff provide excellent service, with helpful and friendly individuals like Mr. Kohli, Mr. Nitin, and Falguni at the reception. Additionally, the housekeeping team ensures that the rooms are clean and well-stocked with amenities.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the towels and pillows, had stains that weren't up to standard.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my Christmas vacation, I stayed at a hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and great customer service. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Another plus was the spacious room with a sofa lounge and a bathroom that was super clean.

The location was not the best as it was far from the city center and there was always traffic on the street leading to the hotel. The noise pollution made it difficult to relax, and the pool seemed very dirty.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty. The staff was incredible, anticipating my every need. I was amazed at the exclusive amenities provided in this hotel! The room was spacious and luxurious with a comfortable sofa to lounge on. The bathroom was well equipped and refreshing. The rooftop pool was a highlight of my stay, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant offered delicious food with enough variety to please everyone. In-room breakfast was a treat, delivered exactly at the time I asked for. This hotel's location provides easy beach access for a relaxing stroll.

There was only one minor issue during my stay; the gym could do with a few more pieces of equipment.
