The warm hospitality from the staff was truly exceptional, making our stay feel personal and welcoming.

The staff at Hyatt Centric were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially the team at the front desk and dining areas. They made our stay feel truly special.

The swimming pool felt small given the number of guests, and it was not temperature controlled, which was disappointing for such a sizable hotel.

The swimming pool is disappointingly small for the number of guests!!! It's often overcrowded and feels chaotic. Plus, if you're depending on taxis, be prepared for exorbitant local fares!!! A bit more attention to these would vastly improve the experience.

The staff were super friendly, especially the chommies at the bar makin' drinks. Brekkie was a proper feast every morning and the view from our room was lekker green and peaceful. Had a rad time chillin' at the pool, even though it was a bit busy sometimes.

Spacious room, attentive staff, with a fantastic breakfast spread featuring a variety of delicious options to start the day. Easy access to local attractions and a convenient airport transfer service at a reasonable cost.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Super clean rooms , friendly staff that went above and beyond to assist. I loved that they refill big containers for soap and shampoo instead of using tiny plastic bottles. Such a thoughtful eco-friendly touch.

Couldn’t find a single fault.

The kids' activity center was a hit, especially the games and pool areas. Housekeeping decorated our room with balloons, which my daughter adored.

Felt warm, nothing to complain about.
