It is also near the beach, which is a big plus for beach lovers like me. The greenery surrounding the hotel is a nice change from the typical concrete jungle. The rooms are small but nice, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast ends too early at 10.00 am, which may not be suitable for guests who prefer to sleep in or have a more relaxed schedule.

The facilities and amenities at Hyatt Centric were top-notch, making our stay as business guests comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping staff was responsive and caring, ensuring a clean and well-maintained room. The front office staff, particularly Mr. Vrij, went above and beyond to greet us warmly and make us feel welcome. The security team, led by Ms. Syed, was diligent and professional. We also appreciated the attentive and caring service at the Grok restaurant.

We felt most welcome and had no complaints at all.

Being just steps away from the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters was a dream come true for our romantic escape. the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. Their helpfulness added a nice touch to our experience. Lastly, the breakfast spread was quite impressive with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of the worst aspects was the noise insulation in the rooms. We could hear everything from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful afternoon nap.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was up to our satisfaction, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff, including Komal, Tezab, Rakesh, and Rhadika. The location was perfect - close to Calangute beach and yet quiet. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.
