I stayed at Hyatt Place for 2 nights with my family. It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel had dining room service available at midnight, which was great as we missed dinner. The breakfast live counters were a favorite, with personalized cooking and serving. The location is also convenient. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant manager, were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and clean. The property is close to the highway, and the hospitality exceeded expectations.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway! Loved the complimentary hot cocoa and cozy fire pit. The hotel was in walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the area, which was a huge plus. The view from the window of the snow-covered mountains was breathtaking.

The power went out a couple of times during our stay, which was a bit frustrating. The backup generator took a few seconds to kick in, leaving us in the dark for a moment.
