The highlight of the stay at Pinnacle Apartments in Hamilton Island was the beautiful views and spacious rooms, especially the main bedroom. the convenience of having a buggy included made exploring the island easy and enjoyable. there were some cleanliness issues and maintenance problems that need to be addressed.

The apartment was well-equipped with a spacious verandah for chill arvos and a kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. the pool provided a nice place to cool off, and the BBQ facilities were excellent for enjoying a backyard cook-up. Despite the second room bed being a tad wonky, the overall cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff definitely outweighed that small hiccup. ♥️.

Nestled on a tropical island, this hotel is paradise found. the staff went above and beyond, providing a seamless check-in with a complimentary ride in a buggy to the apartment. Each room was spotless, air-conditioned, and boasted breathtaking views. the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying the scenery and the refreshing pool was a great spot to unwind. the inclusion of a buggy for exploring was a fun touch, adding an extra element of adventure to the stay.

While the apartment was cozy and inviting, a few minor maintenance issues were noted. An exhaust fan in the bathroom and the spa were not functioning correctly.

The hotel offers great value for money with a fantastic location at the top of a hill on a tropical island, providing stunning views. the service from the staff was excellent, and the layout of the apartment was very thoughtfully designed.

All aspects were satisfactory.

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a fab large balcony for entertaining. Stunning views over the sea. Woke up feeling fancy. Explored beautiful beaches. Lounge had a cool TV. Enjoyed the outdoor pool!

Loved finding cockroaches and janky appliances in my relaxing retreat.

loved the modern apartment and the incredibly helpful cleaning staff. comfy beds - good wifi, and air con in every room. the position is great - centrally located which makes getting around easy. the golf cart was a fun touch, and the sunset views from one tree hill are a must-see.

staying at pinnacle was a delight. the modern apartment was comfy and well-equipped. the cleaning staff were lovely, and the pool fantastic. the tranquil location offers stunning sea views and convenient access to one tree hill for cocktails at sunset, all just a quick buggy ride away. make sure to explore pinnacle's excellent facilities and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Excellent staff, communicative and attentive. Relocated us to a better apartment. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom with working spa, great view. Buggy highlight, useful kitchen, nice view, spacious main bedroom. Stunning views, modern and spacious house, large balcony, comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen. Difficult to get around without buggy.

Unfortunately, the broken spa and slow buggy were minor inconveniences. I'd recommend this hotel.
