Located in a peaceful area away from the hustle-bustle of a noisy conference center, the hotel promises a family-friendly atmosphere. The well-trained staff warmly welcomed us and made our stay comfortable. The spacious room, luxurious bathroom, and delicious food made our stay worth remembering. The beautiful contemporary setting of the kitchen district restaurant and the warm hospitality of Deepak Sikarwar and his team added to our pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency for a relaxing getaway. The room upgrade to a club with a king-size bed and bathtub was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, with exceptional service from Mr. Vipin and his manager Mr. Ajeet Rana. The hotel even surprised us with room decoration and a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary. The availability of multiple phones and prompt 24x7 service from the reception and restaurant staff were impressive. The staff, especially Mr. Malik at the reception, were very helpful and friendly. The beautiful interior and warm ambiance of the hotel added to the overall experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the warm welcome and friendly staff at Hyatt Regency. The breakfast was amazing with delicious food options prepared by Chef Amit. The staff, especially Anas, was proactive and attentive, making sure our coffee was ready when we arrived at the dining hall. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff, Osama and Nitesh, were always available and helpful.

The Regency lounge was a convenient spot for quick meetings or late-night relaxation. The weekend stay package, including Sunday Brunch and late check-out, was worth every penny.
