also, my room was freezing, as the window wouldn’t close properly. I really thought, as a discerning guest, I’d get some form of compensation for my painfully cold stay. but alas, no one seems to care about true comfort here, so I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Location was superb, just steps from the National Museum and restaurants. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean with comfy beds, a perfect deal for the price, especially with quiet surroundings.
