The staff are synchronized and work in harmony. Excellent customer service from breakfast buffet staff and their supervisor. Front office staff provide excellent service, particularly Mr. Umair. Great service from Mr. Dheeraj and Mr. Ripen at "The Gallery Bar." Supportive staff in the coffee shop, especially Aatish. The restaurant manager in the night duty is attentive and takes special care of every guest.

We enjoyed the beautiful city view from our window. The hotel had a well-equipped gym where my partner could workout while I relaxed in the room. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant offers an excellent range of dishes and the service is of a high standard. Beds are comfortable and bedding and towels were of an acceptable standard. Good facilities for the driver.

Mind-blowing new hotel with super friendly staff. They may be a bit inexperienced, but they try their best to satisfy you. Wonderful accommodations with just the right amount of facilities. The staff is well-trained and always willing to help. The rooms are great with amazing features and plenty of space. Complimentary bar access is included in the room fare. The security people do an EXCELLENT job. Breakfast staff is also great.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The exclusive amenities were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The room advantages were impressive, with private facilities that made us feel comfortable and pampered. The staff provided exceptional service, especially at the restaurant and bar/lounge area. The location advantages were also convenient for our travel needs.

Our only minor issue was the overcrowding at the outdoor swimming pool and barbeque grills area. It was difficult to find a place to relax, and the privacy that we expected was not fully achieved.

We recently stayed at a hotel during our Easter break and were quite pleased with the two complimentary Easter eggs offered upon arrival. The hotel's location near the city's bustling market and shopping centers was a big plus. we enjoyed the in-house dining facilities as they provided a great selection of local cuisine.

After a long drive from Mcleodganj, staying at Hyatt Regency was worth it. The coffee shop staff, especially Aatish, provided fabulous and supportive service. The restaurant manager on night duty was very attentive and took special care of all the guests. The room was comfortable and the food, especially the breakfast spread, was amazing. The staff, like Mr. Jasbir, were polite and prompt in their service. The restaurant's service staff was also excellent.

The breakfast at the two restaurants was mind-blowing, with excellent service by the waitstaff, especially Ajay, Jasbir, and others at Kitchen At 95. The double bed size was perfect for one adult and a child. The location was great, and the staff, including the General Manager and Duty Manager, ensured we felt at home. The staff at Kitchen 95 treated us like family, with exceptional service from Arjun, Atish, Amrit, Shamsher. In-room dining provided EXCELLENT customer service, and all the staff at Kitchen 95 were super in their efficiency and customer care.

Loved the restaurant and the convenient central location near a shopping mall. The service provided by Mohit, Atedrna, Ankit, Vishav, and Anil was outstanding, making our stay extra special. Enjoyed the amenities and the friendly staff.

The experience took a turn for the worse when we were initially given a dirty room with a strong musty smell. The hygiene of the property was questionable, with filmy glass tables and unsealed water bottles.
