Our recent stay at a five-star hotel in Thrissur was truly delightful. The property, Hyatt Regency, exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and service. The staff, especially chef Yogesh, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. The food, including the delicious thellasery biryani, was fresh and flavorful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, although some variation in the daily offerings would be appreciated for longer stays. The location was perfect, right across from Shobha mall. The room was spacious with a great view, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

During our recent stay at Hyatt Regency, we were thrilled to find a stunning five-star hotel in the heart of Thrissur. The hotel was brand new, ensuring everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the restaurant, especially Chef Yogesh, who went above and beyond to cater to our three-year-old son's meal preferences without any reminders. The food, in general, was excellent, with the Thellasery Biryani becoming a favorite of ours. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of fresh and delicious options, although it could benefit from a little variety for long-term guests. The restaurant staff, including Noor and Sri, were always pleasant, cordial, and attentive. Another perk is the hotel's convenient location opposite Shobha Mall, perfect for exploring Thrissur and nearby attractions. The only minor criticisms are that the front desk staff could be a bit more cheerful and the housekeeping does not provide extra toiletries. However, these are minor issues that did not greatly impact our stay.

The room had breathtaking views and was spotless. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and they had a broad selection of delicious food. We received two complimentary amenities which were unexpected but much appreciated.

We struggled to get through to the front desk due to their phone lines being busy, and at checkout, there were no cashless payment options.

This hotel offers an exceptional experience that has all the exclusive amenities to make your stay luxurious. The front office staff is incredibly supportive in every way and fulfilled all of our needs, including the housekeeping staff that kept the room clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is a treat for Kerela cuisines, and the bakery section is delicious, with fresh items.

The pool staff is lazy and uninterested in cleaning the pool, which is disappointing. No towels are provided at the pool.
