My stay at Hyatt Regency Thrissur with my 3-month-old baby was delightful. the spa and swimming pool offered much-needed relaxation. the location near landmarks like Kuttankulangara Mahavishnu Temple and Thekkinkadu Maidan added cultural depth to our family bonding. the staff's warmth and impeccable service made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Hyatt Thrissur for a rejuvenating family retreat.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to the airport and Guruvayoor Temple. It is also conveniently close to the Shobha City shopping mall. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel offers facilities like a large TV screen and can even cater to special food requests.

Limited menu options may require speaking directly to the chef for customized meals.

During our recent stay at Hyatt Regency, we were thrilled to find a stunning five-star hotel in the heart of Thrissur. The hotel was brand new, ensuring everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the restaurant, especially Chef Yogesh, who went above and beyond to cater to our three-year-old son's meal preferences without any reminders. The food, in general, was excellent, with the Thellasery Biryani becoming a favorite of ours. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of fresh and delicious options, although it could benefit from a little variety for long-term guests. The restaurant staff, including Noor and Sri, were always pleasant, cordial, and attentive. Another perk is the hotel's convenient location opposite Shobha Mall, perfect for exploring Thrissur and nearby attractions. The only minor criticisms are that the front desk staff could be a bit more cheerful and the housekeeping does not provide extra toiletries. However, these are minor issues that did not greatly impact our stay.

The room had breathtaking views and was spotless. the staff was incredibly accommodating, and they had a broad selection of delicious food. We received two complimentary amenities which were unexpected but much appreciated.

We struggled to get through to the front desk due to their phone lines being busy, and at checkout, there were no cashless payment options.

the front office staff is incredibly supportive in every way and fulfilled all of our needs, including the housekeeping staff that kept the room clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is a treat for Kerela cuisines, and the bakery section is delicious, with fresh items.
