The hotel was in a prime location with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The staff was very welcoming and always available to assist with any needs. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

The hotel's amenities were not up to par. The gym equipment was old and outdated, and the pool was small and uninviting.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel, with luxurious amenities and outstanding service. The full body massages at the Spa centre were exceptional, and the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The restaurant offered delicious meals with special diet menus available upon request. Our private facilities included a steam room, sauna, and spa lounge, providing the perfect escape.

The only minor issue we faced was the delay in the opening of the bar due to a pending liquor license. However, the staff made up for it with exceptional service and offering to arrange private alcohol service in our room.
