During my stay, I encountered several disappointing service issues that marred the experience. The staff seemed completely untrained. for instance, I ordered a simple dish from the breakfast live counter but ended up waiting so long that I had to leave without it. Furthermore, despite paying a premium for my room, I found the amenities lacking – only two bottles of water provided and no extra touches for such an esteemed hotel. Additionally, I faced a confusing charge for early check-in that was not clearly communicated, which made the entire experience frustrating and far from luxurious.

Oh, the breakfast at Intercontinental Mumbai was a feast for the senses—think live dosa stations and a wide variety that catered to everyone's palate! Plus, the rooftop bar's sunset views were breathtaking. I could sip my cocktail and watch the sky change colors for hours. And kudos to the housekeeping staff for being super responsive to our requests!

However, I had a hiccup when I lost my jewelry box. I reported it promptly, but the reception team didn’t seem to take it seriously, delaying any follow-up for two days. It felt disappointing, especially when I noticed different treatment towards a guest who was an influencer. Still, all of this couldn't overshadow the vibrant vibe of the city!

I had the most magical staycation at Intercontinental Marine Drive! From the warm welcome by the staff to the dreamy sunset views from my room, every moment felt exquisite. The attention to detail was impeccable, especially with the personalized service from the team. It was heartwarming how Mr Sreejith made our reservation seamless, ensuring we felt right at home. Dining at the hotel cafe while gazing at the sea was an experience I'll cherish forever. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway!

the rooftop bar was super chill and had an awesom view of the sunset. the staff were really friendly and made the whole vibe even better. i loved the cocktail choices too, even tho they were a bit pricey. delip at the front was great, helped us with our uber and was just really nice. felt super safe while exploring the area, and the hotel itself is in a dope location!

the wifi in the room was kinda weak, which made it hard to do some work. also, the breakfast area music was too loud, making it hard to chat with my friend.
