We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was gigantic, with a bed, lounge, and workdesk area all in one. The unique concept of the bathroom divided it into four dedicated sections for WC, wardrobe, basins, and bathtub. The hotel's location on Marine Drive offered a stunning scenic view of the bay-sea. We also loved the easy and congestion-free accessibility to this city by road via the eastern express highway, and to the airport via the western express highway and sea link. The staff at this hotel provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. We especially want to give a shout-out to Dhaval, Prerna, Nitin, Deepak, and Rakesh for their great service. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the variety of personal hygiene products available in our well-appointed room. The view from different areas within the hotel was exceptional, and we had a lovely evening at the Dome. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we were pleased to be able to request a late checkout without additional fees. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cash was a challenge to obtain as the hotel did not have an ATM that accepted USA debit cards. some places in the city did not accept USA credit cards, so it was essential to have cash or use Gpay.

The Dome, voted one of the top 10 sky bars in the world, is the perfect spot to sip cocktails while gazing at the sea. The reinvented menu takes you on a culinary journey through India's vibrant flavors.

Not a fan of the WiFi connection, but hey, who needs internet when you have stunning views and delicious food?

Had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with a great rooftop bar/restaurant. Met a cab driver through the hotel, Sanjay, who was the best cab driver ever. He was super nice and knowledgeable about the city, taking me to all the sites. Reasonable cost and I would definitely hire him again. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in and a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, right on the water's edge with stunning views. the rooftop restaurant had a romantic and elegant ambiance which added to the special experience.

The food was a bit expensive and didn't meet my expectations. the rooftop pool was small and not very inviting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Mr Faizen at the breakfast table, Mr Avadhut from the F&B, and Mr Sumit from the Housekeeping department, were amazing and made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location, right across from the iconic Marine Drive and next to the Bay area, was extremely convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options and even special dosas made for me on the second day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and I even received a small goodbye chocolate platter on my last day. a fantastic experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the view from the patio. The location was amazing, right on the main boulevard with easy access to events and a beautiful promenade. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Abhnev, Avadhut, Vishal, Habiba, Prerna. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choice and amazing Indian options.

The location is fabulous! The interconnecting rooms were a great convenience for me as a disabled guest. The staff was very courteous and polite, making me feel welcomed and well looked after. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I was grateful for the attentive service. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is ideally located right across the sea side and near all the best sights of the old Mumbai. The two restaurants, Kabab Korner and Long and Short, offer excellent food and prompt service. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff, including Mr. Manas Krishnamoorthy and the service staff Praful Nalawade, Vikas Pardhi, and Ablisekh Mestry, provide exceptional hospitality. The breakfast at Long and Short Restaurant is delicious, especially the croissants made by Bakery Chef Amol Pawar. The Dome - Roof Top Bar offers a stunning view of the city at sunset.
