The hotel had good facilities and a nice design. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff we interacted with were polite and attentive. the hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and had a beautiful view of a nearby park.

The towels in the swimming pool area were hard to find, and it took staff a long time to locate them. the service at the restaurant was quite slow and sometimes disorganized, leading to long waits for food and even forgotten drink orders.

Clean facility, friendly staff, great location overlooking a park. Saw animals from room. Good rooms, bars, and pizza in old part of property. Easy airport access. Exquisite room finishes.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport, conveniently located next to a noisy road. Despite the noise, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. Additionally, the hotel had a sky lounge and a gym for guests to enjoy. The location made it easy to access from the airport, which was a plus.

I did experience some issues during my stay. The hotel had a few problems with the air conditioning, as it wasn't working properly.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive, with impeccable and personalized service. The room advantages are impressive, especially the private facilities. The Sauna and Leisure room are outstanding, perfect for relaxation. The Restaurant offers special diet menus and the In-room breakfast is delightful. The Bar area is great for a drink before dinner, while the Snack bar is convenient for quick bites. The location advantages are unbeatable, near the Nairobi national park with a stunning view.

Although the hotel offers a variety of amenities, there was only one minor issue. The packed lunches are slightly expensive, considering the overall prices.
