Our stay at Itc Gardenia was wonderful. The hotel ensured we felt safe during these times with its sanitising practices. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. Although we had some trouble with the in-room dining service, the manager quickly resolved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel made our stay a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities that met our needs perfectly. The spa and wellness center with its Jacuzzi, massage, and steam room were superb. The sun terrace with its sun loungers provided a relaxing place to unwind. The breakfast was delicious with special diet menus available. The restaurant served great food and the private facilities added to the exclusivity of our stay.

We spent our xmas at this hotel and although there were some good things about it, we couldn't help but feel let down. We appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and parking that were offered during our stay. the hotel was in a great location, near to some local attractions that we were interested in visiting. One of the things we enjoyed most was the beautiful view of the city from the window of our room.

Our overall experience at this hotel was negatively impacted by a number of factors. What's worse, the staff failed to notify us of this in advance.
