Our stay at Itc Gardenia was wonderful. The hotel ensured we felt safe during these times with its sanitising practices. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. Although we had some trouble with the in-room dining service, the manager quickly resolved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent our xmas at this hotel and although there were some good things about it, we couldn't help but feel let down. the hotel was in a great location, near to some local attractions that we were interested in visiting. One of the things we enjoyed most was the beautiful view of the city from the window of our room.
