The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and professional. Krishna from the housekeeping team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The towel arts he made for my son were a big hit. Eva from the guest relations team was also very kind and helpful. the hospitality of the hotel staff was outstanding.

I recently stayed at the Itc Grand Chola in Chennai for a quick trip. The hotel is conveniently located between the city center and the airport, making it a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. The dining options within the hotel are top-notch, with a world-class restaurant offering amazing decor, atmosphere, and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The executive rooms were comfortable, with nice amenities in the bathroom and a cozy bed. The public areas of the hotel were stylish and comfortable. The staff provided impeccable personalized service, surpassing other 5-star hotels I have stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

Jhon, Ms. Piyali, Ms. Nidhi, and Mr. Naman, were all incredibly polite, friendly and attentive. The room service and daily turndown service provided by the housekeeping staff were impeccable. Additionally, the live counters serving delicious french toasts and parathas during breakfast were a highlight of my stay.
