I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton BWI. It was my third time staying with them, and I couldn't be happier. The hotel rooms are clean and have a fresh and airy feel, thanks to the linen decor. The location is perfect for those traveling by air, with easy access to the airport. There are plenty of food options nearby, and even a snack bar in the hotel. Parking was not an issue during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I found the beds to be uncomfortably hard and the pillows lacking in support. This led to a restless night's sleep and some discomfort in my neck and hips.

The lack of information about the executive lounge not being accessible on the regular guest floor, resulting in an inconvenience for those who specifically booked the executive floor. Not receiving a rate change or discount for the inconvenience caused by the unavailable executive lounge.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was right at the airport and I had an early flight to catch. The service was amazing, and the staff accommodated my wishes easily. In addition, the shuttle service was very helpful, and the touchless check-in using my phone as a room key was priceless.

Absolutely wonderful experience! the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the complementary cocktails in the lounge and the shuttle service which made getting around the city a breeze. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The only downside of our stay was the noise level in our room. We were placed near a busy street which made it difficult to sleep at night.
