The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options. We also enjoyed a great lunch at the Dum Pukht restaurant, although it was a bit pricey. The room service was efficient and customized our orders to our preferences. I had an unforgettable and memorable stay at the Grand Maratha thanks to the exceptional staff.

We were in awe of the beautiful and elegant appearance of the hotel. The lobby was stunning and we were greeted by friendly paithani saree wearing ladies who helped us with our restaurant reservation. We felt incredibly welcomed and the guest relations team made sure our check-in process was swift. The level of hospitality and service provided by the staff, especially Hira, Pooja B, Ketan, Vanessa. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The amenities here are top-notch and we particularly enjoyed the fitness center, poolside snack bar and spa center. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the room amenities, including the mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and the soundproofed rooms. The hotel also offered a wide variety of dining options, from the restaurant to the bar/lounge area, and even accommodated special dietary needs.

The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax, with a poolside snack bar and entertainment. The treatment rooms are beautiful and the beauty treatments are among the best I have experienced. The location is also great, conveniently close to the airport and with private facilities for the exclusive use of guests.

The only negative aspect of this hotel is that the steam room was not functioning during my stay. However, this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall experience.
