Check-in was fast, ample parking space, convenient location, helpful staff. Quiet, spacious, and clean rooms. Bathroom with hot water. Room service accommodated special requests. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good breakfast with variety. Limited menu options. Quick service and friendly female staff in the restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed by the well-maintained facilities. The hotel had a convenient parking area, making it hassle-free for us to bring our vehicle. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was very close to the temple and in the center of town. It was also situated in a good shopping area, which made it easy for us to explore and indulge in some retail therapy. The complimentary breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with its wide range of delicious South Indian delicacies. Lastly, the staff was incredibly pleasing and always helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us.

A very nice hotel with a unique architectural design resembling a towering church on a cliff. The ambience is great and the food is exceptional, especially their Kerala curry made with king fish. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located in the city with easy access to all places. I also enjoyed the large area in front of the hotel for a nice calorie-burning walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

We particularly enjoyed the exclusive amenities, such as the spa centre with its fantastic massage treatments, steam room, and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. the garden area was beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. the restaurant was superb with a great breakfast spread and in, room breakfast, and the staff were attentive to every detail of our experience.

Although we had a near, perfect stay at this hotel, we did experience a slight hiccup in the service. the bar/lounge area was understaffed, and it took a while for us to be served our drinks.
