I recently stayed at Crystallo in Paphos for a week-long vacation with my sister. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to take my sister to the hospital when she fell ill. The hotel was impeccably clean, with daily cleaning service that even took care of our messy makeup and hair. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the wine street and the harbor. Many of the guests were regulars, which speaks to the hotel's quality. I had an amazing experience and would definitely book again.

On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the harbour with a beautiful promenade and within walking distance of historical sites. Additionally, it is conveniently located near a mall for food shopping.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as some guests reported missing items and the presence of cockroaches.

Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, but the reception staff at Crystallo Apartments were incredibly helpful and attentive. They constantly checked in on us and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We were impressed with the spacious and well-equipped apartment, which had a lovely view of the pool and a charming little church. The water pressure in the shower was great, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the free parking right in front of the apartments was very convenient.

The complex is conveniently located near the harbor and within walking distance to King's Avenue mall.

no towels for the pool

Spacious and clean rooms with lovely balconies. Perfect location with everything close by. Airport transfer organised by them. Big suite with two bedrooms, kitchen and dining area. Clear room, serviced every day. Air conditioning and kitchen all in order. Close to a big bus station.

The place offered free parking which was very handy, and the pool was a great way to relax. the location was also great, with a beach and a shopping center just a short walk away.

We had some issues with the amenities, including an extra charge for air conditioning, poor Wi-Fi connection that we had to pay for, and a shower with low water pressure. the staff's poor English made it hard to communicate, which resulted in us missing a trip due to misinformation.

We had a great stay at Crystallo Apartments. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. The apartment was well-equipped and we had a spacious patio opening onto the pool. The pool itself was well-maintained and had beautiful lights at night. The lady who worked during the day was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant experience overall and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment complex. The staff at Crystallo were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my time there. The room was impeccably clean and felt just like home. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, it was spacious and comfortable. The price for the quality of the accommodation was excellent, definitely great value for money. Additionally, there was a mall nearby which was convenient. I would not hesitate to return to Crystallo Apartments in the future.

The location of Crystallo was excellent, and we were able to heat up our room when needed. The studio had all the basic amenities and the staff, especially the guy who checked us in, were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and close to the beach promenade and shopping mall.
