As a leisure traveler, we enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Jw Marriott. the warm welcome, personalized service by Anju through WhatsApp, and engaging activities like pottery and live music were delightful. the lavish buffet, authentic Indian cuisine, and massive pool with poolside snacks were highlights. the property's beautiful layout, attentive staff like Tarun, Kajol, and Santosh, and the scenic Nandi Hills view from the spacious rooms added to the charm.

The front desk team was exceptional, very friendly and informative. the landscaping was stunning, perfect for a family getaway. the swimming pool, spa facilities, and restaurants were top-notch. We were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was a breeze. the room was beautiful with a spectacular view, and we enjoyed the entertainment zone and spa treatments. the monsoon season made the mountains look even more breathtaking.

One aspect that could be improved is the room allocation process. It would be great if the hotel could ensure that guests are placed in rooms with more privacy and better views.

Our family had a blast at the resort's fun "Hotel Triplets Entertainment" area, where the kids enjoyed the massive swimming pools, lush gardens, and exciting mini golf course. the staff, especially Tarun and Kajol, made our stay memorable with their exceptional hospitality. the spacious rooms with stunning views of the golf course and Nandi hills were a treat for the whole family.

Chose this hotel for a council. 14 meeting rooms available made it convenient. the staff made meetings seamless.

Lacked express printing service for urgent documents.

A great place for a family city break with excellent landscaping and maintenance. the front desk team was very polite and warm, explaining all the facilities and being very helpful. the breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were exhaustive and exotic, with courteous and polite staff. the housekeeping staff were precise and quick, even leaving a small handmade gift for our four-year-old daughter.

There were some minor issues due to a huge wedding party at the resort, such as noise at the poolside and delays in room service. It would have been better to have dustbins across the property for ease of disposing of trash and smoke.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided, such as the spa and wellness centre, sauna, steam room and sun terrace, made our stay even more special. the swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding garden area was well maintained. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the snack bar was perfect for a mid-day treat.

The only minor issue we faced was the delay in IRD orders. the staff made up for it with their warm and polite service.
