I had a lovely time at this resort - my kids adored the swimming pool and Lemongrass restaurant. The breakfast spread was great, and the staff were friendly. the policy on complimentary water and outside food felt odd. The beach is beautiful but the environmental issues are concerning. a nice stay with some minor drawbacks.

The outdoor pool was a favorite with my kids, and the Lemongrass restaurant had adorable staff. the cleanliness and variety of activities were impressive, and the staff members were the best asset of the hotel. the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. I also appreciated the comfortable room, friendly staff, and the convenience of the hotel's shuttle bus from HCM.

The location of the hotel on the beach is a major advantage. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the beach area and the hotel's efforts to keep it free from trash. Additionally, the variety of activities available, such as indoor shops, restaurants, coffees.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is the late check-in time of 4pm. This is later than the usual check-in time of 2pm for most hotels.

Just got back from an amazing weekend at this hotel by the beach. the breakfast was a feast! Staff was super friendly. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. the pool is even better in person! Can't wait to go back.

The staff were excellent in all areas, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel is baby-friendly with cribs, kid bedrooms, and a playground. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained, despite the garbage issue in the area. The breakfast had a wide selection of food.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach for a relaxing family getaway, and we were delighted with the smooth check-in process, spacious and clean rooms, and the friendly staff. the multiple pools, entertainment options, and delicious dining choices kept us entertained throughout our stay. the complimentary shuttle service to HCMC was a convenient bonus, allowing us to explore the area easily. The beach was pristine, perfect for early morning strolls. Cons: Recommend this hotel.

From the service to the spa and outdoor swimming pool, I felt as though I was treated like royalty. the sun loungers on the beachfront were the perfect touch to soak in the tropical sun and take in the stunning view of the infinity pool. The poolside snack bar was my favorite spot to grab a cocktail with a unique twist and snack on delicious bites. Cons: While everything was exceptional, the only minor issue I had was with the lack of entertainment options. Although there was a karaoke option, I would have preferred more activities to do in the evening.
