our recent stay at jw marriott in mumbai was simply beautiful. the upgraded suite on the 18th floor exceeded our expectations. the staff was impeccably trained and went above and beyond to provide top service.

Location not ideal for walking around.

The value for money was great and the room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from the airport. The staff at Jw Marriott were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of vegetarian options.

the room was beautifully decorated with balloons and we were greeted with a delicious cake. We had interconnecting rooms on a higher floor, offering a stunning view of the pool and airport. the rooms were spacious and equipped with top-notch amenities. We enjoyed the lunch buffet and breakfast at JW cafe, which had a wide array of options. the dessert section even had plenty of vegetarian choices. the staff, especially Meenu at the cafe, took excellent care of us and curated Jain food options. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely visit again.

We loved everything about it - from the delicious breakfast to the attentive staff, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathroom. the hotel even went the extra mile to decorate my room for my birthday and surprise us with complimentary cakes. Special thanks to Rohit, Pooja, Shilpa, and the housekeeping staff for their exceptional service. We had a memorable and comfortable stay, and we would love to return in the future.

This hotel is perfect for those with early flights, as it is located very near the airport. The rooms on the higher floors have a fabulous view of the airport, and are very comfortable, with attention to details. The breakfast is especially great, with a large spread of different cuisines, including Indian cuisine. It was included in my rate and served at 1030am.

No negative aspects to report, everything was enjoyable.

This hotel is located just minutes away from the international airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The service is exceptional and the staff is hospitable, as seen in the personalized care they provide. The spa, gym, and pool are of top-notch quality and are highly recommended by previous guests. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable with amenities like executive lounges with unlimited snacks and drinks, in-room dining, and regular desserts.

The menu prices can be confusing as they do not include all applicable taxes.

Located near Mumbai Airport, this hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the decor was impressive, and the Spa facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms were exceptional. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

My only minor issue was the bar and drink service. Although the lounge area was lovely, I found it difficult to get the bartender's attention at times, which was frustrating.

Excellent spa and fitness center. Tanvi gave me the best Balinese massage and Shreayas was very helpful in the steam and sauna. Vipul provided killer workouts at the gym. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The bed and breakfast buffets were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for travelers visiting the airport and nearby offices. The spa was a highlight of the stay. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing city break experience at this hotel. the complimentary drinks upon arrival and during breakfast were a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to the airport and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the panoramic views it provided.

The noise level in our room. We could hear our neighbors as well as noise from the hallway.

As a business traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed the impeccable service and the complementary upgrade to the top floor. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent, with the chef personally bringing special dishes to the table. I was especially impressed by the hospitality of Chef Mahesh, who even gave my daughter a jar of chocolates. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, and the trained staff members were attentive and helpful. The pool was stunning and, being mainly a business hotel, it was a quiet and peaceful experience.
