Our stay at the hotel was great value for our money. The room was better than expected with wonderful linens. The location on the Hotel Zone was nice, and the staff treated us wonderfully, always ready to help and very friendly.

The breakfast experience could be improved by streamlining the reservation process, maybe doing it online instead.

The beachfront location was amazing. I had a great time lounging by the crystal-clear waters and enjoying the soft sand. The bar service was exceptional, with friendly staff and a wide selection of drinks. The food at the restaurants was delicious, especially the buffet. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The all-inclusive perks were a definite plus, with 24-hour access to snacks and drinks. I had a fantastic stay at Occidental Costa and would highly recommend it to others.

The beachfront location of Occidental Costa was absolutely amazing. We were just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. It provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I visited Cancún on a business trip and decided to extend my stay. The hotel staff at Occidental Costa were friendly and attentive, with great service. The food had a wide variety and catered to my picky taste. The resort provided entertainment by the pool, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room had a breathtaking view of the sea, with a balcony and beach bar nearby. The staff kept track of the taxi or shuttle license plate numbers for guest safety. The room was spacious and had a nice big walk-in shower. The hotel offered buses to town every 2 minutes for only $1.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The location was fantastic as it was right next to the ferry pier to Isla Mujares, making it easy to explore the small beach and nearby attractions. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who were always very pleasant and gave excellent service at bar and dining services. The room amenities were great too, with comfortable beds, in-room safe, and the mini-bar was always well-stocked.

our recent trip to cancun was even better than our last stay! occidental exceeded our expectations on our honeymoon. the staff was fast, friendly, and attentive. we loved the clean rooms, delicious food, and amazing drinks. the kids section was a hit, and the pool was nice.

Great value for money. The hotel’s location is perfect, right by the ferry dock to Isla Mujeres and has a small but nice beach area. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were cozy with basic amenities, and even had a balcony with a jacuzzi and a great view. The breakfast had a good variety of food to try, which was great.

The rooms were spacious, the beach and beach bar were lovely. The food at the buffet and snack bar was amazing, with a great variety of drinks. The waiters and servers were fantastic. The kids section was impressive, and the staff allowed me to stay with my 2-year-old. The pool was nice and the location was good.

The sushi bar in the restaurant was a standout and the Italian restaurant had a cozy romantic atmosphere. The hotel is located in a popular area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The view from the room's balcony was a stunning perspective of the marina.
