From the outside, the hotel seemed plain, but the rooms were cozy. Staff was mostly courteous, though buggy service was sporadic. Check-in/out was smooth. Room amenities were great, and breakfast options were enjoyable. Food wasn't to my liking, so we dined in Pondicherry. a pleasant stay despite ongoing renovations – excited to return once everything's up and running.

The rooms were super comfy with all anticipated amenities, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV. the courteous staff, quick check-in/out, and EXCELLENT room service were jaw-dropping! the honesty in rectifying a lunch order mistake earns bonus points. Despite some attractions under renovation, the children's play area, cots, and outdoor swimming pool are mega-cool! Can't wait to return when all amenities are up and running!

The room was comfy, large, very well light and ventilated. the bed and pillows were big and very comfy, making for a restful night's sleep. the room had all the amenities I had anticipated for, such as a mini fridge, coffee maker, and ample storage space.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was not very strong, making it difficult to stream videos or do work online.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent food, well-equipped bungalows. Spacious and modern with big bathrooms. New and eco-friendly property. Massive pool with cool bar. Dinner at CK is a must-try.

Our Christmas stay was delightful! the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the large balcony with lush views of nature. the breakfast spread was impressive, especially the kid-friendly options. the service staff welcomed us kindly with refreshing drinks upon check-in. the fireflies bar was impressive and well-stocked with tasty cocktails. the dining experience at Celine's Kitchen was amazing- from the Victorian Chicken & barley broth soup to the Fungi Tagilatelle, everything tasted delicious, and the service was quick.

Although the location was peaceful, the distance from the nearest beach and Pondicherry city was a drawback. the travel was around 17-20 km, which caused frustration when we needed to go in and out of the hotel frequently.
