Always return for trip. First visit staff helped with sim cards. Place suits me perfectly. Offers Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, flat-screen TV, laundry. No pets allowed. Has off-site car park, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, table tennis. Coming back soon!

the setup was compact, which worked for us. Our driver, on the other hand, wasn't as lucky, as there was no room for him. Breakfast was a hit, but dinners were a miss—nothing fancy, just straightforward meals. It was heartwarming to see the staff join our bonfire party. a memorable experience filled with ups and downs. All I can say is WOW! My new year at this hotel was amazing! the ambiance was fabulous, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They provided heaters and hot water bottles to brace the chilly weather and made sure we were comfortable. the food was great, and the rooms were cozy and comfy. Plus, the sightseeing cars were arranged at fair prices. One notable moment was that they made arrangements for the new year's eve party, and it was fantastic! Overall a great experience, and I recommend it to everyone looking for a great stay.

There were a few things that could have been better. the linen and beds could have been more comfortable, and the dining hall smelled slightly.

The staff members are polite, cheerful and respectful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfy beds and a wonderful mountain view. The hotel also offers facilities like a bar, bonfire, and a private taxi service.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast options are limited and not buffet-style, which may disappoint some guests.
