All I can say is WOW! My new year at this hotel was amazing! The ambiance was fabulous, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They provided heaters and hot water bottles to brace the chilly weather and made sure we were comfortable. The food was great, and the rooms were cozy and comfy. Plus, the sightseeing cars were arranged at fair prices. One notable moment was that they made arrangements for the new year's eve party, and it was fantastic! Overall a great experience, and I recommend it to everyone looking for a great stay.

There were a few things that could have been better. The linen and beds could have been more comfortable, and the dining hall smelled slightly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe what a great deal I got for the price. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the well-maintained trophy room to the bar in the outhouse, the heritage aspect of the hotel really added to the overall experience. Additionally, the location was perfect. It was just outside the city center, which meant it was peaceful and secluded, exactly what I was looking for. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like! Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in a serene location, away from the chaos of the market area but not too far away. It offers a peaceful walk to the city center, that is around 1.5 kms away. The staff members are polite, cheerful and respectful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfy beds and a wonderful mountain view. The hotel also offers facilities like a bar, bonfire, and a private taxi service.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast options are limited and not buffet-style, which may disappoint some guests.
