We had a fantastic 5-day stay at The Marriot in Kochi. The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, greeting us with kind gestures and making our young children feel comfortable. They even made towel elephants with leftover stickers for my kids, who were thrilled! The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the food was amazing. The location next to Lulu Shopping Mall was convenient, and the round-the-clock staff made sure all our needs were attended to. We will definitely be coming back with our entire family. I've stayed at Marriott on multiple occasions and their standards are impressive. the level of customer support and awareness surpasses most western five-star hotels. the reception is always welcoming, and the staff is respectful, friendly, and helpful. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel is kept impeccably clean. the Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the festive atmosphere. I would strongly recommend Marriott to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

I appreciated their thorough sanitation process, with rooms left unused for 24 hours before being sanitized for the next customer. the staff was incredibly accommodating, extending our stay and even providing delicious biriyani at 2.30am upon our request. the location was convenient, check-in was seamless, and the hygiene standards were excellent. the breakfast and dinner options were fabulous, with standout service from Aneesha, Birendra, Chef Joseph Varghese, Sarang, Navneet. Marriott Kochi sets a high standard for hospitality.
