Staying at the Residence Inn was a great choice for our visit to Tampa. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen and extra pillows. The hotel staff, especially Shane and Tony, provided exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast options were fabulous, with the staff constantly alternating the choices. The location was also convenient, with a great beer garden nearby and easy access to attractions like Cigars International. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Although our stay was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The parking situation at night was challenging, and there were limited spaces available within the premises.

The hotel had festive decorations and a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. The breakfast area was well-stocked with many options, and felt like ordering at a restaurant. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. The location was conveniently located near a side entrance, which was perfect for walking our service dog.

Great amenities and convenient location! The hotel provided a delicious daily breakfast and even had evening snacks and drinks. The room layout was perfect for a romantic escape and offered a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful pool area and a cozy fire pit outside.

The front desk was rude and unhelpful, and they did not fulfill my request for a high floor. Furthermore, there was a shortage of towels and the staff did not provide any assistance in resolving the issue.
