Great location, with many major attractions within walking distance. The haveli type ambience and rooftop restaurant provide a wonderful setting. The staff is helpful and responsive. Despite the need to call ahead for luggage assistance, it's not a big deal. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous 3-day stay at Kotra Haveli. The location is perfect, just steps away from the main attractions. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a stunning rooftop restaurant offering breathtaking views of the City Palace. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience unforgettable. The food is delicious, especially the thali sets. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! the value for money is excellent, with well-loaded amenities and AC in the rooms. The location is perfect, right behind the market and a short walk from Jagdish temple. Plus, it's in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the old monuments.

Great location close to tourist spots and easy to reach by auto. the spacious rooms were clean and well-kept with comfortable bedding. the staff members were friendly and hospitable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best things about the stay was the enjoyable breakfast served every morning and the authentic local cuisine offered at the restaurant.

The haveli lacked proper maintenance and refurbishment since the decorations and paints were old-fashioned. the parking facility was limited as cars had to be parked 200 meters away from the entrance, which caused inconvenience when carrying luggage.
