We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. Location was perfect with great restaurants nearby. we had a pleasant stay at Ascott Sari.

We loved the great location of this place and the warm, welcoming interiors that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly responsive to our requests, providing us with a room with a view in just one day. The service was excellent, and the quality of the food was much better than what we've experienced in other hotels. Additionally, the user-friendly air conditioning controls and comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep.

We did find that some staff members lacked the authority to make changes, but this was a minor issue. we highly recommend this hotel to family and friends looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in a beautiful area. The location was great, with a shopping mall just 5 minutes walk away. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the facilities we needed. The bathroom fixtures were better than those in a 5-star hotel, and the rain shower was a nice touch. The service provided by the staff was welcoming and efficient. Additionally, the breakfast had a nice variety of delicious food.

We were disappointed to find that there were no nearby restaurants in the vicinity.

The complimentary chocolates and champagne in the room were a nice touch for our romantic escape. the hotel's location near the main road made it convenient for exploring the city by car. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym for a morning workout.

The noise from the busy road outside kept us up at night and interrupted our romantic mood. while the hotel offered some nice complementary touches and convenient location, the noise and lack of attention to detail detracted from our romantic experience.
