The view from the hotel was fantastic and the parking was sufficient. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made the stay comfortable.

The staff did not seem to be interested in maintaining the hotel properly. We noticed stained sheets and nobody came to clear our room service plates for two days.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is opposite to the famous Brindavan Gardens. Guests can easily access the garden through a nearby path which connects to the main gate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel provides good service and the breakfast is satisfactory.

The hot water availability is an issue as guests had to call multiple times to reception to switch it on.

The room we stayed in was huge and had a beautiful view of the gardens. The balcony was a lovely touch, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of Brindavan Gardens. The clean and well-furnished rooms added to our comfortable stay. The restaurant served delicious South Indian breakfast, and the hotel's location within the gardens was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
