The view of the lake was breathtaking, especially from the rooftop. Despite the occasional power cuts, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The electric rickshaw was a convenient way to get to the hotel, and the location was central to many good restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money with its stunning location right on the lake, old town area, and breathtaking views of Pichola lake from rooms with balconies. The friendly staff provides impeccable service and the breakfast with soothing music is included in the stay, sometimes even accompanied by live music!

Located right by the serene lake, the hotel offers easy access to the old town and shopping area. Guests can choose between views of the lake and the fort from their rooms. The comfortable beds and extensive breakfast buffet impressed guests, while the rooftop restaurant made for a great dining experience.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel with a mesmerizing view of the lake. the peaceful ambiance made it difficult for us to leave the hotel for local sightseeing. the rooms, though not very spacious, were clean and comfortable. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the rooftop restaurant, Upre, was the best in the city and provided a stunning night view of the city and palace from our bed. the hotel staff was professional and polite. They also provided a free parking option at their nearby property and offered a luxury boat ride at a reasonable price.

The views from the balcony and first floor rooms are amazing. The morning front desk staff is polite and helpful. Good WiFi and convenient location near tourist attractions. The restaurant, Upre, has a romantic setting, although the food is not the best.
