BW Signature Collection provided the perfect stay for my family. The workout room was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Our dog was able to join us, and I loved the trail nearby. I'd recommend this hotel.

Felt like home, nothing too much trouble.

This place is amazing! The location is right on the coast, close to beautiful beaches and an English pub with excellent food options. The service and housekeeping are top-notch, and the room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and free Wi-Fi make for a comfortable stay. The leisure facilities like live entertainment and beach access add to the overall value of the place.

I recommend this hotel to all my friends!

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and the staff was great, offering us complementary cookies and hot chocolate. the room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get to our destinations.

Our stay was not without its drawbacks. the walls were thin, and we could hear people talking loudly in the hallways.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cozy fireplace in my upgraded room. The location was perfect, with easy access to cute restaurants in a nearby town and not too far from the SFO airport. Additionally, the staff was amazing, making sure that my safety and comfort were prioritized at all times.

Nothing is perfect.

Room was exceptionally clean and socially distanced measures were evident throughout. Enjoyed the hot to-go breakfast, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. Helpful staff resolved all issues such as sofa bed and extra towels requests promptly. Convenient location for planned activities in the area. Front desk service was top-notch.
