The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the city centre, making it convenient for sightseeing. It was easy to hail a taxi and the hotel even arranged a car for us to explore further. The hotel's beautiful gardens provided a peaceful oasis in the desert, where we could relax without being bothered by anyone.

The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment.

Absolutely stunning palace with royal grandeur, spacious rooms, and well-maintained property. The staff is courteous and attentive, providing a princely welcome. The restaurant offers delicious food with a variety of options. The location is beautiful and serene, surrounded by gardens and peacocks.

The building itself has a lot of character and history, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the cultural dance show was enjoyable and added to the experience of staying in this type of heritage property. the hotel had a good location near the center of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Maintenance seemed to be an issue, as certain areas of the hotel were on the older side and could use some updates. the food options were also limited and could have been better.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in the middle of beautiful gardens, giving it a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It is also conveniently located close to the main sight of the palace built by the Maharaja of the city. The staff here are very friendly and provide outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a terrace with garden furniture. The restaurant/bar area offers delicious food and a wide variety of options for breakfast. the hospitality and warmth of the staff made our stay here truly enjoyable.
