Located right by the beach, the hotel offers easy access to the sea. the pool on the top floor is a great place to relax and take in the fantastic view of the ocean. the staff in the front office were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was good. Perfect place to stay during Christmas!

The rest of the hotel was very disappointing. the room was infested with silver fish, and the fridge was not cool at all.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which had a great location just across the street from the ocean. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the promenade and the ocean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Minh Ha, were incredibly kind and helpful, offering advice on exploring the city and even providing their personal contact information for any assistance needed. Another great perk was that the hotel offered beach towels and organized tickets to Vinpearl at the same price, saving time and avoiding long lines. Moreover, the pool on the top floor was a delightful place to relax, open from early morning until late evening. Lastly, the hotel even arranged an affordable airport transfer and prepared take-away breakfast boxes for our early morning departure.

Our room at Saphia Hotel had a spectacular design and a breathtaking view. The location was also ideal, close to the beach and surrounded by great BBQ restaurants. The sea view balcony was a great addition to our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
