Despite a minor issue with the coordination of bringing out meals from the kitchen, everything else was impeccable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even helping me with my phone troubles. The rooms were modern and well-designed, and the food and wine menus were impressive. I truly felt like part of the "family" during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the charming old-world feel, with a heritage building, cozy outdoor seating, and a comfortable four-poster bed. Staff attentive and kind, with great service from housekeeping, reception, and room service. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner at their sister property was fantastic, especially the seafood platter.

The room was always clean and the staff greeted us with a smile every day. We enjoyed the location, as it was close to the beach and in a safe area. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the spa services offered, which were a great way to relax.

We sometimes experienced crow issues when dining outdoors and had to eat indoors instead. On one occasion, room service took longer than expected and the food was not as warm as we would have liked.
