I stayed for 8 nights on a singing course and this became my home for the week. Smiling, friendly and helpful staff. Great value for such a beautiful town. Lovely small, simple hotel right in the center, a few steps from the main square and the cathedral. Excellent location. Room was comfortable. Fantastic breakfast with great service. Cozy and charming hotel that fits the magical character of Assisi.

We absolutely loved the front desk staff and the rooftop bar. The bartender was exceptional - professional, kind, and served with grace and courtesy. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect, just off the main square. Being able to stay in one of the established old town properties made us feel special. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was super clean and tidy. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the cozy dining room were great.

Felt safe and secure, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea with delicious cakes. It was a delightful treat after a long day of exploring. Another aspect that I liked was the convenient and central location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions, making it easy to navigate and explore the city. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to provide recommendations and answer any questions.

One of the things I disliked was the noise from the traffic outside the hotel. It could get quite noisy, especially in the mornings, which affected my sleep a bit.

We loved the free bottle of water, coffee, tea, and pastries available throughout the day. And the bonus of the Belvedere TV room with its stunning view of Assisi was perfect. great value for money.

The owner, Stefano, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took the time to personally show us around the town. The rooftop terrace room offered breathtaking views of the entire city. The daily breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. The location couldn't be beat, as it was just steps away from the main piazza and all the major attractions. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a small room size and a wet bathroom floor after showering, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Trattoria Pallotta for a memorable stay in Assisi.

Watch out for the shower in the bathroom, it's designed without a door and tends to wet the entire bathroom. the stairs might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

My stay at Hotel Trattoria Pallotta was simply perfect! The charming neighborhood and proximity to historic churches made my visit to Assisi even more special. I was lucky enough to have a room with the most incredible view I've ever seen from a hotel. The breakfast was delightful, with personalized coffee made fresh each morning. I also loved the daily tea time at 3:00 p.m., although I wasn't sure if the biscuits were included. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic bonus. The value for money here is unbeatable, and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Truly a terrific place!
