my second stay in mysore turned out better than expected thanks to the exceptional service and big, clean rooms at this hotel. the staff, especially the front office manager and housekeeping team, were top-notch. looking forward to returning on my next trip.

Friendly service staff who, though a bit hard to reach by phone sometimes, are genuinely helpful. Good value for money with included breakfast, offering a nice start to the day.

I appreciated the effort made by the hotel to accommodate my pet, making the process seamless. The breakfast provided was appetizing and enjoyable.

I must mention a couple of drawbacks. The hotel's maintenance could be improved, as some facilities like the bathroom exhaust and AC required servicing.

The database provided excellent features for easy access and efficient data retrieval. the room with breakfast included was a delightful touch, especially with the beautiful view overlooking the city. It was a great way to start the day.

The limited number of search filters available, making it slightly challenging to narrow down specific search results.

The atmosphere is amazing with an awesome view. The rooms and bathrooms are well cleaned and the staff is friendly. The manager was very helpful and guided us well as we were new to the place. He even upgraded us to a higher category room. There are facilities like an electric tea kettle in the room and clean and good AC.

The complimentary breakfast was served in a manner that felt insulting and limiting.
