The location of the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty dishes, including Idli, Paratha, Pasta, Kichdi, Poori. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning and room heaters. the best feature was the balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful scenery.

The staff seemed untrained and lacked attention to detail, with poor coordination between the mainland and the service staff on the floating huts. They were not always clear in communication, and there seemed to be reluctance to attend to guests.
