Nothing, it was perfect.

Spent my new year at a new hotel in the main market place. The entrance was a bit disappointing, but the rooms were great with good carpeted flooring and modern bathrooms. The spacious rooms provided complimentary mineral water and had comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was key and offered easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the excellent room service provided by the friendly and helpful staff.

The poor quality of the dinner served, which was the same every day and had limited options. It was served in our room and not in a buffet as expected, which was not communicated earlier.

I had a pleasant stay at Leela Grande in Karnal. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff was cooperative and provided prompt room service. The food was delicious, albeit slightly expensive. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
