From a hotelier's perspective, Lemon Tree Siliguri's staff needs better training on billing. Despite this, the welcoming front desk and attentive kitchen staff made my stay delightful. the comfortable rooms, delicious food, and impeccable service ensure a memorable experience. Just wish for firmer pillows.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with excellent sleep quality. the service provided by the staff exceeded expectations, and the breakfast spread was too good. It was a bonus to be close to a mall with a movie theater just a few mins away.

There were noisy parties going on, which kept me up late into the night. While the music was good, it should have been made quieter after 2200 hours so people who were there to sleep could get some rest.
