The happy tea hour was lit, and the room service was on point. We danced the night away at the bar, and the staff were super chill. Plus, Darjeeling tea was a vibe!

Wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us party animals. 🎉

the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and well-manicured gardens added a tranquil and picturesque backdrop to my experience. the spacious room with thoughtful amenities contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. improvements could be made in providing more variety in continental dishes at the buffet.

Mayfair in Darjeeling offered excellent food, spacious rooms, and a well-kept property. the staff, especially Bhupen and Santosh, provided outstanding hospitality. Room cleanliness was top-notch, and complimentary snacks and water bottles were a nice touch.

No refrigerator in rooms, but staff accommodated by providing required items promptly.

The location of Mayfair is perfect, with one part of the hotel just a 10-minute walk from Mall Road. The hotel is clean and the landscaping is colorful and beautiful. The staff is professional, courteous, and prompt in providing tour services. The rooms offer exotic views and are very clean. The food options are plenty and the cooking is excellent. The hotel also provides heaters and excellent hot water, making the stay comfortable. The ambiance and vintage interiors give it a cozy feel.

The buffet spread provided a good variety of food options. The hotel's location was convenient and had parking facilities. The rooms were spacious with many amenities such as a kids room, pool room, table-tennis, carrom board, and chess. The staff in every department, from reception to housekeeping, were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. The hotel's layout and design were impressive, and the sitting room in the lobby was warm and inviting. The food was excellent, and the rooms were well-maintained. Complimentary snacks and water bottles were provided daily.

During my recent business trip to Darjeeling, I had the pleasure of staying at Mayfair Darjeeling, a resort recommended by my director. the serene ambiance and stunning visuals of the Blue Flag Beach, located just 550 m from the resort, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. the state-of-the-art Mayfair Spa offered ultimate rejuvenation with lavish spa treatments by expert therapists. the friendly and helpful staff, notably Poonam and Rudolph, created an old-world charm, and the spacious, thoughtfully appointed room with unique amenities like hot water bottle service and non-plastic offerings added a touch of luxury.

Inconsistent service at dining areas, with staff forgetting requests.

The upscale hotel stands in a convenient location near the Mall, offering a great view of the mountains and being opposite the Governor's Residence. The rooms are comfortable with a variety of choices in the buffet. The staff is known for being friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy the well-kept buildings and grounds, creating a pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the hotel offers easy access to major attractions like the Kanchenjunga view point and Nightingale shrubbery.

Some guests have complained about the unreasonable policy on refunds, where canceling even weeks in advance means forfeiting the entire amount.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere and was decorated for the Christmas holidays. We were grateful to be given complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great and was easy to get to from the main attractions. the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

Our experience was tainted by the unacceptable service we received from the staff. They were rude and did not seem interested in helping us with anything.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that goes above and beyond in providing exclusive amenities for its guests. the Spa & wellness centre is a must-try experience. the room advantages were exceptional, including a private balcony with stunning views. the garden area allowed for a tranquil and peaceful stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were exceptional, serving delicious food and drinks.

The only minor issue was the packed lunches. They were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, and could use some improvement.
