We recently stayed at Park Inn and had a great experience. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We were impressed to find mouthwash included among the toiletries, a unique touch. the hotel itself was well maintained and the breakfast selection was satisfactory. the staff went above and beyond, with James in particular providing outstanding customer service. Despite our early arrival, he made every effort to check us in promptly.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it's situated right behind a major shopping mall with a variety of food options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and the hotel had a lot of amenities to offer such as airport shuttle services, dry cleaning services, and housekeeping. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities I needed such as a sitting area, mini-bar, television, free toiletries, and an in-room safe. The staff were also very courteous and went above and beyond my expectations.
